Andrew R. Bennett, Sr. B.Th., MTS

                 Founder & CEO

Andrew R. Bennett, Sr.  has spent the last 30 years teaching, training, coaching and leading in the business, government, faith-base and educational sectors.  He is highly respected among his peers, marketplace leaders and government officials as a competent, committed and consummate professional.

 

Among his most recent accomplishments is the Passaic County Business Leadership Award which he received in March 2015.

 

Andrew completed his Bachelor’s degree at Jamaica Theological Seminary in 1992, and received a Master of Theological Studies degree from Palmer Theological.  He is president and founder of BridgeHope Community Development Corporation, Andrew Bennett Consulting, LLC and lectures as Adjunct Professor at Pillar College in New Jersey. He has served the Greater Paterson community as chairman of the Urban Enterprise Zone Advisory board for five consecutive years.

 

As a certified professional coach, teacher and keynote speaker, Andrew offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding leaders and emerging leaders  in personal and professional development.

Lilly J. Porter-Bennett has spent last  16 years, as an Administrator, and Director of Organizational Development .  She  is passionate about leadership,  personal  and  organizational development with zeal for the transformation of individuals, families and communities. 

Lilly  holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Texas, and a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Organizational Change Management from the Milano Graduate School, New School University, New York. 

 

She is also a graduate of the Palmer Institute and Senior Executive and strategist with the International movement, Jamaica Diaspora Day of Prayer and Fasting (JDOP).
